We’re looking for a hands-on graphic designer who can translate ideas into visuals that grab attention. From high-click YouTube thumbnails to scroll-stopping social posts to app design collaterals. Your work will directly impact how millions of students engage with our brand. If you can also edit videos, that’s a big plus.

🔑 What You’ll Do

Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails optimized for CTR (not just “pretty”, but clickable).

Create various social media creatives.

Design app banners, collaterals, and campaign graphics aligned with our brand.

Work with cross-functional teams to test, iterate, and ship designs fast.

🛠️ What We Expect

A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to design high-impact visuals.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects / Premiere Pro (or equivalents like Figma, Canva, Final Cut, etc.).

Decent understanding of video editing / motion graphics.

Ability to balance speed and quality, we value output that drives results.

Awareness of what works in YouTube + social media design (click psychology, text placement, color contrast, etc.).
