We’re building a travel planning & discovery app designed for the curious modern explorer. With over 100,000+ downloads as of now, our mission is to rekindle the romance of travel through deeply personalised, human-curated journeys, fighting back against the algorithmic sameness of mainstream platforms.

We believe travel is not just about ticking destinations, but about stories, serendipity, and soul.

We’re looking for someone who shares that belief, and knows how to tell the story of a brand that’s reimagining travel itself.


Role Overview


We currently have a team of 20+ excited people trying to change the way the world travels.

You will lead our content ecosystem, defining voice, tone, and storytelling strategy across platforms, while also shaping our visual and creative identity. Your work will bridge brand strategy, editorial rigour, and content innovation, ensuring Eighty Days becomes the most trusted and most importantly, rooted name in next-gen travel.

You’ll work closely with the founder, product team, and growth leads to build a scalable yet soulful content engine.


Key Responsibilities


• Build and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our product roadmap, brand ethos, and user behaviours

• Own and evolve the Eighty Days tone of voice across editorial, social & strategic partnerships.

• Translate user journeys into content journeys, ensuring inspiration, trust, and conversion are always in sync

• Lead and strategize content planning across formats (video, text, audio, in-app content) and channels (web, app, email, Instagram, etc.)

• Help build community in an ever expanding digital world. As our goal is to use technology to humanize the travel experience.

• Oversee creative storytelling campaigns (visual + narrative) in collaboration with the design and marketing team

• Lead brand moments, be it launches, travel spotlights, or collaborations, with a strong creative vision

• Ensure visual storytelling is cohesive, editorially aligned, and emotionally resonant


Who You Are


• Proven content leadership roles, preferably in media, travel, culture, or lifestyle

• Deep editorial instincts with a proven track record in content strategy and team management

• Experience working across both copy and visual storytelling

• Can navigate both startup speed and brand-building patience

• Love for language, respect for nuance, and an eye for the poetic in the everyday

• Bonus: experience in or affinity for creative direction, branding, or visual curation
