As an Exhibition Designer at IDFX Design, you will play a key role in developing conceptual designs and detailed plans for art installations and immersive experiences within commercial office spaces. Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and a multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to projects from initial research and ideation through to final delivery.

A strong understanding of materials, their properties, and applications is essential to bring concepts to life with precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and impactful design concepts that align with client expectations and their brand.

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform design decisions.

- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.

- Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and guidance.

- Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality delivery within tight deadlines.

Requirements:

- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Exhibition/Spatial Design or related field.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience , preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.

- Proficiency in design softwares, such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator & Photoshop.

- Skills in Blender 3D, CAD or other 3D applications, web or motion graphics are a bonus.

- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, and understanding of typography, layout principles, colour theory, and branding principles.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating a passion for Space design.

- Strong excellent communication skills to effectively present design ideas and collaborate with team members.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
