At Neo Risers, you'll help create entirely new ways for children to learn.

We are building a portfolio of open-ended play-learn systems that develop creativity, problem-solving, design thinking, and hands-on learning for school students. Our products sit at the intersection of industrial design, education, child development, manufacturing, and innovation.

As a designer, you won't be limited to CAD modeling or styling. You'll work across the complete product development journey:

• Observing how children think, play, and create

• Generating new concepts for educational and DIY learning products

• Building physical prototypes and experimenting with materials

• Developing parametric CAD models in Fusion 360 / SolidWorks

• Working with 3D printing, manufacturing, and testing

• Seeing your ideas evolve into products used by thousands of learners

This role is for someone who enjoys making, tinkering, experimenting, and solving open-ended design challenges.

If you believe learning should be more creative, hands-on, and exploratory than rote memorization, you'll likely resonate with what we're building.

We are especially interested in designers who are excited by toys, educational products, construction systems, learning tools, and products that can create real impact at scale.
