-Prepare detailed technical, shop, production, fabrication, and installation drawings based on approved designs and project requirements.

-Develop joinery details, assembly drawings, cutting lists, MTOs, BOMs, and other production documentation.

-Coordinate closely with Senior Designers, Project Teams, Production, and Installation teams to resolve technical issues.

-Review and revise drawings based on site information, RFIs, internal reviews, and client comments.

-Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, compliant with company standards, and suitable for manufacturing.

-Assist with CNC cutting files and manufacturing documentation where required.

-Support quality control by checking dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, revisions, and overall drawing accuracy.

-Develop strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, furniture, materials, hardware, and construction methods.

Qualifications & Experience

-Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

-1–3 years of experience in technical design, joinery, interior fit-out, shopfitting, furniture manufacturing, or related industries.

-Experience in retail fit-out or joinery projects is an advantage.

-Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered.

Technical Skills

-Proficiency in AutoCAD.

-Understanding of technical drawings, shop drawings, and production drawings.

-Basic knowledge of joinery detailing and manufacturing processes.

-Familiarity with material take-offs (MTO), BOMs, and cutting lists.

-Knowledge of furniture, joinery, metal works, and fit-out materials is an advantage.
