Taleworthy is looking for a junior graphic designer / visualiser. This is an idea-forward role. We want someone who thinks in design, not just executes it—someone who understands why something works before making it look good.

You should care about design thinking, not just aesthetics. Someone who researches, explores, and builds from insight. Someone who can work on posters, layouts, or even simple systems within design—and understands how things connect, not just how they look in isolation.

You’ll work on campaigns, social content, and brand visuals—taking ideas and translating them into strong, thoughtful design. This isn’t about flashy portfolios. It’s about how you think, how you approach a problem, and how you arrive at a solution.

What you’ll do: Create visuals across formats—social, digital, campaigns; design posters, layouts, and brand assets; work closely with copywriters and team members to bring ideas to life; research references, trends, and contexts before designing; think through structure, hierarchy, and systems in your work; iterate and refine based on feedback.

What we’re looking for: Strong sense of design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy); ability to think conceptually, not just decorate; curiosity and habit of researching before jumping in; awareness of design trends—and the judgment to apply them well; understanding of basic systems thinking in design; familiarity with human-centered thinking/design is a plus; portfolio required (posters, systems, or exploratory work welcome).
