We are currently looking for a talented Fresher Architect with a genuine intention and passion for retail design to grow with us.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Fresher Architect/ Interior Designer to join our Thane office on a hybrid basis. This role is designed for a recent graduate who possesses a strong foundation in architectural principles, a keen eye for detail, and an "eager-to-learn" mindset that embraces modern workflows, including AI tools. You will be an integral part of our core team, directly contributing to high-stakes retail projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Documentation: Assist the senior team in drafting and compiling precise Good for Construction documentation.

• Project Lifecycle: Support the team through the entire project lifecycle, transitioning from initial design phases to on-site execution.

• Qualifications & Core Skills

• Education: B.Arch graduate (thesis must be completed)/ Interior Design Degree Completed

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of AutoCAD (3D visualization with SketchUp, Blender, or Revit is a plus).

• Mindset: Highly motivated, adaptable, and open to integrating new technologies (including AI) into the design process.

• Location: Candidates based in or around the Mumbai/Thane region are highly preferred for office collaboration days.
