I run a brand-building studio that helps create, launch, and scale new consumer brands. The focus is on combining strategy, creativity, and execution to bring fresh ideas to life.

I’m looking for a Junior Brand Designer to join me as the first design hire. This role is an opportunity to work closely with me in building brands from the ground up and designing the marketing collaterals that will help them grow.

What You’ll Do -

1. Collaborate directly with me on building brand identities—logos, typography, color palettes, guidelines.

2. Design marketing collaterals (social media creatives, decks, packaging, merchandise, campaign visuals).

3. Translate strategy and ideas into clean, effective, and creative visual solutions.

4. Keep brand consistency across different touchpoints.

5. Research design trends, cultural references, and creative formats to inspire fresh work.

6. Be flexible and hands-on—this role will evolve as the studio grows.

   
   

What We’re Looking For -

1. 0–2 years of experience in graphic or brand design (internships/freelance work welcome).

2. A portfolio that shows strong fundamentals in branding and marketing collaterals.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.

4. Strong grasp of typography, color, and layout.

5. Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback.

6. Ability to manage multiple small projects and meet timelines.

Nice-to-Haves -

1. Motion graphics, basic video editing, or 3D skills.

2. Interest in consumer brands, coffee, food, fashion, or lifestyle spaces.

3. Curiosity about how strategy and design come together to build businesses.
