We’re looking for a Junior Brand Designer to join our team full-time (hybrid setup, based in Bangalore).

This role sits at the heart of what we do — helping us build thoughtful, strategic, and visually striking brand identities and packaging systems.

You’ll collaborate directly with the Creative Director and work across multiple projects, from early brand strategy and visual identity to packaging and digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to brand strategy sessions and creative brainstorms.

Design and iterate on logos, packaging, and brand systems (Adobe Suite & Figma).

Support in creating cohesive visual identities and storytelling assets.

Conduct visual and market research for insights and trend alignment.

Experiment with new tools and AI-assisted workflows (MidJourney, Firefly).

Manage feedback loops and deliver creative that aligns with strategy.

Requirements:

✔ 1+ year of experience in branding & packaging design.

✔ Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, packaging, and storytelling.

✔ Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop & Figma (Bonus: After Effects or 3D tools).

✔ Keen eye for typography, color, and composition.

✔ Self-starter attitude — proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

✔ Ability to think strategically — not just “make it look good,” but “make it work.”
