We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with a strong grasp of westernwear and hands-on experience in design and production. The role involves conceptualising collections, managing sampling and fittings, and overseeing production to bring each piece to life with precision and style.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Research trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and techniques aligned with brand aesthetics.

• Create seasonal collections and capsule edits focused on contemporary westernwear.

• Develop detailed sketches, CADs, and tech packs for sampling and production.
  
  

Production Management

• Oversee sampling, fittings, and final production with in-house and external teams.

• Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

• Monitor costings, trims, and inventory for seamless execution.
  
  

Collaborative Execution

• Work closely with the founder, merchandising, and marketing teams to align designs with brand goals.

• Provide creative input for styling, lookbooks, and campaigns.
