About GoodEarth

GoodEarth was initiated by a group of passionate engineers and architects in the late eighties, inspired by Laurie Baker’s explorations in alternative architecture and Gandhian ideals of sustainability and decentralized development. Over time, we’ve evolved into a multi-disciplinary organization rooted in holistic design, hands-on practice, and a commitment to ecological and social well-being. Our work spans community living, regenerative agriculture, ecological restoration, and responsible design.

What you’ll work on:

• Designing brochures, flyers, presentations, and other communication material.

• Supporting website and digital design requirements.

• Translating architectural drawings and concepts into engaging visual communication.

• Collaborating with design teams to build narratives around ecological and social projects.

• Contributing to outreach and communication strategies through creative design.

• Assist with scripting or structuring content for videos, walkthroughs, and social media posts.

• Support content and social media partners by preparing briefs and compiling information.

Who we’re looking for:

• 0-2 years of experience in architectural visual communications, graphic design or related fields.

• Background in Architecture / Design or related fields (B.Arch or equivalent).

• Strong skills in graphic design, layout, and visual storytelling.

• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma or similar).

• An eye for detail, good communication skills, and collaborative spirit.

• Interest in sustainability, culture, and community-led design.
