Gulabi Mango is a creative design and marketing agency rooted in storytelling, strategy, and meaningful design. We work with brands across CPG, wellness, food, beauty, hospitality, and service industries, helping them grow through bold branding and intentional content.

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful brand projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals who wants hands-on experience working on branding, packaging, digital design, and marketing materials.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the team in creating branding, social media graphics, and marketing materials

Assist with packaging design, website visuals, and presentation decks

Translate brand guidelines into consistent visual assets

Prepare files for print and digital platforms

Collaborate with the design team on concepts and creative directions

Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining strong attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva

Basic understanding of branding and visual identity systems

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Good communication and collaboration skills

Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within a creative environment

Bonus If You:

Have illustration skills or experience with hand-drawn elements

Have worked on packaging, branding, or social media design

Have experience creating mockups and presentation visuals
