Form & Flow is an integrated marketing agency working across real estate, luxury, and hospitality brands. We’re looking for a Junior Motion Designer & Video Editor who can craft visually striking, story-led content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand films.

You’ll help conceptualise, edit, and animate videos that bring brand stories to life, from snappy social reels to cinematic narratives. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, fluent in After Effects/Premiere Pro, and design fundamentals, and understands the rhythm of storytelling through motion.

Responsibilities:

● Conceptualize, design, and produce motion graphics and video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and advertisements.

● Work with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop engaging visual narratives that align with the client’s brand identity and messaging.

● Edit raw or pre-existing video footage, adding animation, visual effects, sound, and transitions to create polished final products.

● Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure consistency in design and delivery across all visual mediums.

● Create animations for promotional videos, explainer videos, product videos, and social media content, ensuring a high-quality visual experience.

● Stay updated on the latest video editing and motion design trends, tools, and techniques to keep projects innovative and fresh.

● Maintain video post production timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work under tight deadlines.
