As we expand, we’re seeking a passionate Motion Designer + Video Editor to join our team and contribute to delivering visually stunning and impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conceptualize, design, and produce motion graphics and video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and advertisements.

● Work with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop engaging visual narratives that align with the client’s brand identity and messaging.

● Edit raw or pre-existing video footage, adding animation, visual effects, sound, and transitions to create polished final products.

● Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure consistency in design and delivery across all visual mediums.

● Create animations for promotional videos, explainer videos, product videos, and social media content, ensuring a high-quality visual experience.

● Stay updated on the latest video editing and motion design trends, tools, and techniques to keep projects innovative and fresh.

● Maintain video post production timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

● 1.5-2 years of experience in video editing and motion design, preferably in an agency or content production environment.

● Proficiency in softwares such as After Effects, Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve/Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

● Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) and generative AI tools is a plus.

● Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques to create engaging video content.

● Ability to work with audio, video transitions, color correction, and VFX.

● An eye for design aesthetics, including typography, color theory, and layout.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your motion design and video editing skills across different projects and industries.

Nice to Have:

● Experience with sound design and audio editing.

● Understanding of social media video formats (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

● Interest in storytelling for brands in real estate, F&B, hospitality, and luxury sectors.
