If bringing visuals to life through movement excites you, Motion Design is your calling. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Design Intern who can transform ideas into engaging animations, cinematic sequences, and visually striking experiences that elevate brand storytelling.

At NOCT, you'll work on a variety of projects across brands, digital products, and communication experiences, collaborating with designers, strategists, and developers to create motion that is not just visually compelling but purposeful.

Job Requirements

• Design students, recent graduates, and freshers with a strong interest in motion design can apply.

• A portfolio showcasing skills in motion graphics, animation, 3D design, and visual storytelling. We evaluate applications primarily through your portfolio and creative thinking.

• Familiarity with tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.

• A strong understanding of visual aesthetics, motion principles, timing, transitions, and storytelling.

• Curiosity to experiment with new tools, techniques, and emerging technologies in motion design.

What You'll Work On

• Create visually engaging motion experiences that enhance brand communication and digital products.

• Develop animations, 3D visuals, cinematic sequences, micro-interactions, and UI animations.

• Translate concepts and ideas into compelling motion narratives.

• Build reusable motion assets and libraries to improve consistency and workflow.

• Apply principles of timing, easing, physics, and visual rhythm to create smooth animations.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to bring motion experiences to life across platforms.

• Support motion QA and ensure animations are implemented smoothly.

• Participate in creative discussions, present ideas, and contribute to the overall visual direction of projects.

• Explore new tools and techniques to push the boundaries of digital storytelling.
