BareLabs is a design-first, science-backed supplement brand where content is a growth engine, not decoration. We’re hiring a Motion Designer × Video Editor who knows how to engineer attention, retention, and traction.

You’ll work directly with the Founder, Creative Director, and content team to create high-performance short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Amazon. Your job isn’t just to edit — it’s to make content watchable, shareable, and brand-defining.

You should understand thumb-stopping hooks (first 1–2s), retention editing, pacing, pattern interrupts, open loops, and platform-native formats. You’ll turn one shoot into multiple variants, build clean motion overlays and subtitles, and keep a premium, non-cringe aesthetic.

Requirements: 2–4+ years editing/motion experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar). Performance/UGC ad experience is a plus.
