About the Role

We're looking for a creative and technical Motion Designer to bring our brand to life through dynamic visuals. You'll be responsible for creating engaging motion content for social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, turning static assets into animated stories, creating animations that bring clinical concepts to life, and developing support animations that highlight our centres, clinicians, and services.

The ideal candidate blends artistic talent with technical precision, using modern AI tools to accelerate the animation process without compromising quality.

What You'll Work On

  • Creating high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animations for social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns

  • Animating static brand assets, infographics, and UI elements for client-facing content and internal campaigns

  • Bringing clinical concepts to life through accessible, engaging animations that help audiences understand mental health better

  • Utilising AI tools to rapidly generate textures, background assets, or preliminary animation concepts to speed up production

  • Collaborating with the editing team to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into video projects, ensuring consistency in style and branding

  • Working closely with designers and creative leads to translate campaign concepts into cohesive animated visuals

  • The scope is dynamic: you'll create everything from sleek UI animations to educational content that highlights our centres, clinicians, and services.

What You'll Learn

You'll gain exposure to how visual storytelling drives impact in mental health communication. You will learn:

  • How to translate sensitive clinical concepts into accessible visual narratives

  • How to build an efficient motion design workflow using cutting-edge AI tools

  • How to create content that balances brand consistency with creative innovation

  • How to work within a mission-driven organisation where your creativity directly impacts millions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics animation, preferably in a fast-paced agency or brand setting

  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator. Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus

  • AI Tools: Demonstrated experience using AI tools for motion production efficiency

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a versatile range of motion styles, from sleek UI animations to complex character animations or kinetic typography

Ideal Qualities

  • Creative vision with the ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual stories

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output

  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines whilst maintaining creative excellence

  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

  • Passion for mental health and creating content that drives positive social impact
