About the Role

• Create premium motion content for social media (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn) that stops the scroll and communicates complex property concepts simply

• Design and edit high-converting video ads for Google, Meta, and YouTube campaigns

• Develop brand persona videos that establish Landeed as the authority in property verification

• Build motion design systems – templates, transitions, lower thirds, kinetic typography – that are replicable across campaigns while maintaining premium quality

• Translate static brand guidelines into dynamic motion language with consistent pacing, easing, and visual rhythm

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to turn ideas into compelling visual stories

• Maintain a relentless standard for polish – every frame should feel intentional

Apply if you:

• Have a portfolio of motion design work (ads, social content, brand videos) – this is non-negotiable

• Are proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and comfortable with tools like CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar

• Understand timing, pacing, and the psychology of short-form content

• Have working knowledge of sound design, music sync, and audio-visual harmony

• Can work from office in Hyderabad

• Are self-driven – your internal bar for quality exceeds what anyone else demands

• Stay curious about trends in motion design, advertising, and social-first content

Bonus:

• Experience with 3D motion (Cinema 4D, Blender)

• Understanding of motion for UI/product

• Have created content in Indian regional languages
