The Opportunity:

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Motion Graphic Designer with prior experience in D2C and ecommerce brands, preferably within the health, wellness, or personal care sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-converting visual content for digital platforms, including performance marketing creatives, product explainers, and engaging brand storytelling assets.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of delivering high-quality work independently. We value individuals who take ownership of their work, demonstrate strong research ability, and consistently deliver results without requiring excessive supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality motion graphics and video creatives for digital advertising platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and other performance channels.

  • Develop short-form ad creatives optimised for conversion, including product demonstrations, problem-solution storytelling, and UGC-style video formats.

  • Produce motion assets for ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to translate campaign objectives into effective visual communication.

  • Animate product visuals, infographics, and brand assets to create engaging video content.

  • Conduct independent research on creative trends, competitor advertising strategies, and evolving digital content formats.

  • Deliver creatives within tight timelines while maintaining high production quality.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all motion assets.

  • Continuously experiment with new formats, storytelling techniques, and hooks to improve creative performance.

Required Skills & Tools

Essential Tools:

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

Preferred Tools:

  • DaVinci Resolve

  • Blender or Cinema 4D (basic 3D motion is advantageous)

  • Figma

Additional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives.

  • Knowledge of video editing, transitions, pacing, and storytelling.

  • Ability to interpret marketing briefs and convert them into engaging visual narratives.

  • Experience with product-centric creatives and ecommerce listings.

  • Understanding of aspect ratios and formats required for different advertising platforms.

Experience Required

  • Experience: 3 – 6 years

  • Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked with D2C brands, ecommerce companies, or health, wellness, supplements, or personal care brands. Candidates should demonstrate a portfolio of performance-driven creatives designed for paid advertising or ecommerce environments.

Personal Attributes

  • Self-motivated and proactive.

  • Strong research capability and curiosity.

  • Able to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.

  • Highly organised and reliable.

  • Solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Someone who finds ways to get the work done rather than waiting for direction.

  • Capable of working under fast-paced ecommerce timelines.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing D2C brand.

  • Exposure to high-performance digital marketing environments.

  • Creative ownership and autonomy.

  • A collaborative and results-driven team culture.
