Quest Learning Observatory (QLO) is looking for a Multidisciplinary Design Intern to work across visual communication, storytelling, workshops, community experiences and practical systems.

At QLO, we explore how we might live with greater care for each other and the planet, through maker culture, our community kitchen, residencies, our permaculture space and the Regen Futures Museum.

This internship is an opportunity to help tell those stories and shape the experiences behind them.

What you’ll work on

• Workshop curation, session flows and participant journeys

• Social media, campaigns and print collateral

• Community events with makers and collaborators

• Photos, videos, reels and event recaps

• Design brainstorming and digital design across our platforms

• Experience design for our café, museum and community spaces

• Templates and trackers that keep it all running

What you’ll gain
Hands-on experience taking ideas from concept to reality, skills across visual, digital, video and spatial design, and a multidisciplinary portfolio—with guidance from the team and room to experiment.

Who should apply?
Anyone with a thoughtful eye, curiosity and a willingness to get hands-on. Basic visual design and video skills help; your portfolio matters more than your academic background.

📍 Location: On-site, Bengaluru
