About Belgana Studios

Belgana Studios is a product design and brand strategy studio, building brands for founders and companies that are high on revenue but underinvested in identity. We work across brand design, product UI, web builds, and content strategy for clients like Adobe, ISKCON, Ellume, and Waaree. We move fast, care about craft, and hold ourselves to a standard that makes work worth showing.

The Role

We're looking for a graphic designer who will primarily own the creation of social media collaterals across Belgana's client portfolio and our own brand channels. You'll be expected to think about visual storytelling, adapt your style to different brand personalities, and push the quality bar on every frame you ship.

What You'll Work On

Designing static and carousel posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X across multiple clients and brand voices. Developing visual concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and editorial content. Adapting and extending existing brand systems into new formats and contexts. Exploring new art styles, illustration approaches, and visual languages as needed per brief. Collaborating with the creative director on presentation decks, mood boards, and client proposals. Maintaining design consistency across client brand kits and internal Belgana assets.

What We're Looking For

A sharp eye for composition, type, and color. You notice when something's off before anyone tells you. Comfort working across multiple visual styles without defaulting to the same look every time. Willingness to explore unfamiliar aesthetics: editorial, brutalist, hand-drawn, motion-adjacent, experimental. Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop at minimum). Understanding of social media formats and what makes content actually stop the scroll. Ability to take a brief seriously and ship fast without sacrificing craft. A portfolio that shows range, not just polish.

Nice to Have

Experience working with brand guidelines and design systems. Interest in brand strategy and the business context behind visual decisions. A Behance, Dribbble, or personal portfolio site you're proud of.
