Operations & Outreach Coordinator (Remote)

Contract: One Month (Renewable)

Mastering Matrix is seeking a proactive Operations & Outreach Coordinator to support the launch and growth of our education, publishing, and media initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, research, communication, and helping meaningful projects move forward.

This is a one-month paid contract designed to evaluate long-term fit. Candidates who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and strong execution may be offered ongoing work with expanding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute outreach campaigns using provided templates.

• Research organizations, founders, and contact information.

• Maintain organized outreach trackers using Google Sheets and ClickUp.

• Create simple graphics and documents in Canva.

• Support operational and administrative projects as assigned.

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve workflow efficiency.

• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

• Recommend process improvements when opportunities arise.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong research and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience with Google Workspace.

• Canva proficiency.

• Familiarity with AI tools.

• Reliable internet connection.

Nice to Have

• Outreach or lead generation experience.

• Project coordination or operations experience.

• Marketing or publishing experience.
