Job Overview
We are seeking an Operations Manager with a social media agency background and a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our onsite team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for someone passionate about streamlining operations, managing teams, and driving efficiency in a dynamic, creative environment. You’ll oversee operational processes, lead social media campaign execution, and ensure seamless delivery of client projects across diverse industries.
Job Location
Onsite in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Job Timings
Standard India working hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday).
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in operations management within a social media agency or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills
- Proven experience in managing operations for social media campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
- Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and process optimization.
- Experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
- A portfolio or case studies showcasing successful campaign management or operational achievements is highly desirable.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of social media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Manage project workflows, coordinate with creative, marketing, and technical teams, and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability of social media projects.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for projects.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring team members to achieve project goals.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Streamline processes to improve productivity and client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, or SEMrush) is a plus.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Knowledge of content creation or social media strategy development is advantageous.
