Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, thoughtful Presentation Designer who understands the balance between clarity and creativity. Someone who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals and believes great design should be both functional and full of personality.

What you’ll do

- Own the end-to-end creative direction across projects

- Bring clarity to complex ideas through thoughtful layouts and visuals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

- Join client kick-off and feedback calls to align on direction and outcomes

- Help shape the team, design processes, and culture as part of the founding team

What you bring

- 3+ years of experience in presentation design

- 3+ years of client-facing experience, working directly with executives and stakeholders to gather input and feedback

- Strong visual aesthetics, layout, and typography skills

- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma, Keynote, and InDesign

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment

- Sharp attention to detail and excellent time management

- Ability to quickly digest and simplify complex information

- A degree in graphic design or a related field is a plus
