About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Print Designer to join our team at Basil. You’ll be working across a variety of print and surface design projects, helping bring brand concepts to life through thoughtful, well-executed design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on surface print design, packaging design, labels, and marketing collaterals

• Create and develop design concepts aligned with the brand’s visual identity

• Prepare print-ready files with proper specifications (bleed, margins, color profiles, etc.)

• Ensure consistency in brand language across all print outputs

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and production

• Good eye for layout, typography, and color

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• 0–2 years of experience in print or graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios welcome)

Bonus:

• Experience with packaging design

• Interest in branding and visual storytelling
