At Taleworthy, you'll work across a range of digital and social projects — carousels, performance graphics, banners, emailers, thumbnails, statics and ATL — for a diverse client portfolio. You'll move between briefs quickly, adapt to different brand worlds confidently, and bring genuine creative curiosity to every project.

• Design across digital, social and ATL formats for multiple clients, working closely with the team to meet brand standards and exceed creative expectations.

• You'll research, ideate and concept — not just execute — and bring fresh thinking to client communication challenges.

• Organisation and ownership matter here: you'll manage your own projects, meet your own deadlines and hold yourself to a high standard.

What we're looking for

A designer with a strong eye, a curious mind and the drive to produce work that's original, considered and occasionally award-worthy. You're as comfortable working independently as you are collaborating — and you understand that great design solves a problem, not just fills a space.

Must be skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud and GenAI tools.

Must have 1-2 years of experience

This is a hybrid role based out of Gurgaon. 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
