We are seeking a highly creative Product Designer to support early-stage product development from initial concept through pre-prototype. This role focuses on trend research, visual ideation, and design storytelling to help shape future ceramic, décor, and lifestyle collections.

Key responsibilities include researching global and local trends in ceramics, home décor, lifestyle, colors, and materials; gathering inspiration and building moodboards to guide new concepts; and sketching 2D product ideas that explore forms, textures, finishes, and motifs. The designer will develop visual direction and color stories, build design themes aligned with the brand vision, and generate early pattern and surface-design explorations.

This role will involve presenting creative concepts for internal review and collaborating with the broader creative team to refine direction. This position concludes before physical prototypes or sampling begins.

Ideal candidates have strong conceptual design skills, a keen eye for style and material trends, and the ability to translate inspiration into cohesive product narratives. Strong illustration or sketching abilities, familiarity with surface and pattern design, and a passion for home and lifestyle products are preferred.
