We are offering an internship for students or recent graduates in design to experience the unique environment of Lekha Washington Studio. This is an opportunity to contribute to ongoing projects and gain exposure to the intersection of design, art, and material exploration.

A. What you’ll do

1. Assist in sketching, prototyping, and research for live projects.

2. Support model-making, documentation, and material exploration.

3. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative inputs.

4. Work alongside the team to understand both the artistic and functional aspects of product design.

B. What we’re looking for

1. A design student or recent graduate with a strong interest in product design.

2. Portfolio (academic or personal) that demonstrates creativity and design process.

3. Familiarity with design tools, and an eagerness to learn.

4. Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
