We are on the hunt for a multidisciplinary design enthusiast, whose skillset span across graphic, motion, product, and experiential design(use AI, we don't care unless and until it looks awesome).

The Matiks design team thinks beyond motion, visual, ui/ux skills. These are mandatory skillsets to have in this day and age. So if you are ready to push the boundaries of what design is - this role is for you.

With this role you will have the freedom to fuck around and find out - on how we can improve the current desktop and mobile products. You will have complete freedom to experiment with any new skillset that you may want to achieve - Sound? go ahead. Haptics? be our guest.

This role will transition to a full time role if you love working here and live upto the expectations.

Interview rounds(post-portfolio shortlist):

Round 0 - A short 15 - 30 mins intro call, just to remind you what the process would be and what we are looking from each round from you.

Round 1 - Portfolio Round

Round 2 - Task round(based on your portfolio itself)

Round 3 - Cultural Round

All the rounds should conclude within a 7 day period, if thats not possible due to time constraints we will make necessary adjustments.
