Doto Health (CareMother) is a women’s health (FemTech) company on a mission to create equal opportunities of care for women. We build digital and AI-powered point-of-care tools and platforms that help healthcare providers deliver high-quality maternal, fetal, and newborn care both in hospitals and remotely.

Role: Product Research Intern (Female Candidates Only)

We are looking for a curious, empathetic, and research-driven female intern to join our product team. You will help us deeply understand the needs of clinicians, nurses, and mothers so we can build more intuitive, effective, and accessible products.

This is a hands-on internship where your research and observations will directly influence product decisions in a high-impact healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary user research (interviews, field visits, surveys, usability testing) with healthcare providers and end-users

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research findings into product improvements

• Document research findings in a structured, shareable format

• Help identify unmet needs and new problem spaces in women’s healthcare

Who We’re Looking For

• Female candidates only

• Completed a degree in Design, Human-Centered Design, UX Research, or Product Design.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

• Comfortable speaking with doctors, nurses, and mothers (willingness to travel for field research preferred)
