Who are you?

Sharp and enthusiastic about filming for social media.

You live online

You can shoot with a phone or a camera, edit fast and export faster

You understand basic focal lengths, depth, exposure and shadow control (the good stuff!) .

Experience: 1–2 Years

What do you need to do?

Shoot and edit high frequency, quality content (short and long form)

• Conceptualise reel production plans across multiple brand voices and for the consumption of different kinds of audience

• Collaborate with designer and the Brand Solutions managing account relationships

Be open to feedback

• Translate Social Media behavior into tasteful content

• Delivering footage that holds up without heavy fixing in post

• Travel all around the NCR region and nationally if required to shoot and edit

• Flag production risks early. Keep team aligned

Technical know how

• Comfort with CapCut / Premiere / Resolve

• Strong mobile-first editing ability - Knowledge of IG Edits is ++

• Basic lighting and shadows knowledge

• Experience shooting for brands (a plus, not mandatory)

• Appreciation of brand tone and guardrails
