As a Senior Brand Designer at Studio Carbon, you’ll do more than create brands—you’ll lead strategic transformations. You’ll work directly with founders, C-suite executives, and high-profile clients to define, design, and scale brands that set new standards.

This role is for visionary designers who combine storytelling mastery with strategic acumen. You’ll mentor and lead teams, guide creative direction, and be a key voice in shaping Studio Carbon’s evolving identity.

Requirements:

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive large-scale branding programs

• Leadership mindset—mentoring, motivating, and developing junior and mid-level designers

• Ability to connect brand design with strategic business goals

• Desire to experiment and push creative boundaries while maintaining commercial viability

• Confidence in articulating creative decisions backed by research and insights

• Active interest in shaping Studio Carbon’s design processes, culture, and future vision

• Formal degree in Graphic Design or a related field

• 6–10+ years of experience leading brand identity projects across industries

• Proven track record of translating complex business challenges into effective brand systems

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with experience pitching to senior stakeholders

• Deep understanding of design strategy, visual systems, and typography

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and awareness of AI design tools and emerging trends

• Experience managing and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
