Brand & Creative Leadership

• Define and evolve the company's visual identity

• Build a cohesive design language across all channels

• Lead creative direction for campaigns, launches, websites, videos, presentations, and digital assets

• Ensure consistency across every customer-facing touchpoint

• Establish scalable design systems and creative guidelines

Product Design & UI/UX

• Lead the end-to-end product design process

• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers

• Translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences

• Drive UX research and usability improvements

• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces

• Build scalable component libraries and design systems

• Improve product usability through continuous testing and iteration

Creative Strategy

• Convert business objectives into compelling visual communication

• Shape product positioning through design

• Improve onboarding, activation, and customer engagement through UX

• Ensure design decisions are backed by customer insights and data

Team Leadership

• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary design team

• Establish creative processes and quality standards

• Conduct design critiques and reviews

• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success

• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• 7-9+ years in creative leadership, product design, or design management

• Experience designing for SaaS, B2B software, fintech, enterprise software, or technology products

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand work and product UI/UX

• Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual systems

• Deep understanding of usability principles and user-centered design

• Experience building and maintaining design systems

• Strong understanding of responsive and accessibility-first design

• Ability to simplify technically complex products

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams throughout implementation

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
