The Opportunity:
Role Overview
We are looking for a designer who can lead the visual and creative direction of the brand across products, packaging, social media, and marketing creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product graphic design and visual direction across categories
Design creatives for social media, campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
Contribute to packaging and merchandise design
Help build and scale FirstEdge's visual identity system
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams
Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years of experience in design roles
Strong portfolio across branding, graphic design, and digital creatives
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools
Strong understanding of aesthetics, layout, typography, and branding
Ability to balance creativity with execution speed
Work across all design software - Adobe Illustrator/Canva & be comfortable with 3D model such as Adobe Dimension, Blender
Experience designing physical products
Bonus Points
Experience in sports, consumer, lifestyle, or startup brands
