We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead design direction across the agency's client roster. You'll set the creative and visual standard for every project, while also owning the execution of select accounts end to end. You'll also be assigned a junior designer to assist and train.

We want someone who thinks like a creative first and a designer second — grounded in strong design fundamentals, but with a point of view that makes those fundamentals feel fresh rather than textbook. You should be able to look at a brief and find an angle no one else would.

What you'll work on:

• Visual branding and identity systems for clients, from concept through to guidelines.

• Social media content, both static and motion — with a real feel for what performs on social and the instinct to bring original ideas to the table, not just adapt trends.

• Art direction for photo and video shoots, writing and leading creative briefs.

• Direction on website design and UI, shaping how digital experiences look and feel.

AI fluency is a must — you should be comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative process, whether for ideation, production, or speeding up execution.

This is a senior role, so we're expecting someone who can lead direction independently, give sharp creative feedback, and still get hands-on when a project needs it.
