Job Description:

At Miss India Organization we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We are looking for a highly creative designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print and electronic media. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams at the organization.

Objectives of this Role:

• Obtain input from management, ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand

expectations, and express ideas accurately.

• Work independently and cooperatively on projects with the Client Service team, meeting deadlines.

• Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities (Scope of Work):

• Create, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of materials that includes social media creatives, web creatives, digital banners, presentations, on-ground collateral, video supervision, maintaining brand guidelines, picture editing coordination etc.

• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.

• Use trend intelligence and an understanding of the current market & design and execute specific classifications.
