About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fine Artist & Creative Team Leader to conceptualize creative collections, develop detailed artwork, lead junior artists, and oversee projects from concept to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize collections, themes, and design stories

• Create detailed hand-painted artwork and hero motifs

• Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior artists

• Oversee artwork development, patterns, layouts, scaling, and final execution

• Ensure creative quality, detailing, color harmony, and brand consistency

• Coordinate with production teams and manage creative timelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fine art, illustration, surface design, décor, textiles, print, or related fields

• Strong hand-painting and fine art skills

• Proven experience leading or mentoring a creative team

• Strong portfolio demonstrating hand-painted and commercial creative work

• Adobe Illustrator proficiency – must-have

• Excellent eye for detail, color, composition, and scale

Preferred

• Experience with luxury interiors, home décor, fashion, textile, lifestyle, or premium creative brands
