At Ayaan Autonomous Systems, we research, design, and develop autonomous vehicles and mobility solutions. We are looking for a creative and driven Senior / Lead Industrial Designer to join our team and help shape innovative products from concept to reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research to understand user needs, industry trends, emerging technologies, materials, and design opportunities.

• Lead and contribute to the ideation and concept development process, translating ideas into thoughtful and practical design solutions.

• Develop product concepts through sketching, visualisation, 3D modelling, and CAD.

• Create and refine designs while considering functionality, usability, aesthetics, manufacturability, and real-world application.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless design development.

• Participate in design reviews, problem-solving discussions, prototyping, and iterative development.

• Take ownership of projects and contribute to the complete design process, from initial research and ideation to final development.
