Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our global sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technology sales, international prospecting, and U.S./overseas market outreach.

You will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with account managers and leadership to expand SYMB’s client base across global markets.

This is a high-visibility role that requires exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a structured approach to lead generation and pipeline management.


Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Execute outbound campaigns through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email sequences for U.S. and global markets.

• Research industries, accounts, and key decision-makers to identify high-potential opportunities.

• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs on outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads.


2. Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

• Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, and timeline.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.

• Track, update, and analyze pipeline data to ensure efficient lead flow and conversion.


3. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with account managers and pre-sales teams to align lead generation with sales strategies.

• Support marketing campaigns with timely feedback and field insights.

• Participate in strategy discussions and provide input on improving outreach efficiency.


4. Communication & Client Interaction

• Conduct high-quality conversations with decision-makers and C-level executives across geographies.

• Clearly articulate SYMB’s value proposition, services, and success stories.

• Schedule discovery calls and demos for senior sales and delivery teams.


5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on lead generation, call metrics, and opportunity conversion.

• Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitor movements to refine sales approaches.


Qualifications


1. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions.

3. Proven track record in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification for international markets (U.S. and other geographies).

4. Excellent English communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).

5. Strong working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).

6. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in U.S. time zones (till 1 AM IST).
