Brands Built Right is a Gen Z-focused design, content, and growth studio working with gaming companies, startups, and internet-first brands to help them grow through better branding, sharper content, and stronger digital experiences.

We’re looking for a Visual Designer with strong UI/UX skills who understands how to create clean, modern, and conversion-focused digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and digital products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both visual design and problem-solving. We care less about trendy visuals and more about clarity, usability, interaction, and designs that actually perform.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Designing websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces

• Translating ideas and briefs into structured user experiences

• Creating wireframes, layouts, and scalable design systems

• Improving user journeys and conversion-focused flows

• Collaborating closely with the founder/team for fast iterations

• Maintaining visual consistency across branding and digital assets

• Contributing to creative direction across branding, content, and web experiences

• Understanding how design impacts attention, retention, and conversion

Bonus If You Can

• Work with Framer (design + implementation)

• Design high-converting marketing pages

• Understand branding and content-led design

• Work comfortably in fast-moving startup/agency environments

• Understand motion, interaction, or modern web experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Strong UI/UX fundamentals

• Good understanding of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and usability

• Ability to design modern and clean interfaces without overdesigning

• Fast execution and attention to detail

• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely

• Someone who can think beyond aesthetics and understand user behaviour

• Someone who enjoys feedback, iteration, and improving systems over time

Compensation and Work Arrangement

Fixed pay based on experience and skill level, along with performance-based incentives. The role can be part-time or full-time remote, depending on the fit.
