BareLabs is building the next generation of performance supplements — and a global visual identity to match. We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer who can own high-level creative execution across packaging, brand systems, digital design, 3D collaboration, and video-led content.

This role starts as freelancer with a clear pathway to join as a full-time senior creative.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute premium packaging design for new and existing SKUs.

• Build and maintain the BareLabs visual identity system across platforms.

• Create clean, high-quality digital assets for Amazon, website, and campaigns.

• Produce refined social media visuals and assist in shaping the brand’s content language.

• Oversee and refine short-form video edits, motion elements, and product explainers.

• Translate the founder’s creative direction into polished, scalable design outputs.

• Maintain consistency, clarity, and design excellence across all touchpoints.

What You Bring

• 4–8+ years of experience in brand, visual, packaging, or digital design (agency or brand-side).

• A strong portfolio showcasing premium aesthetics, minimal design systems, and structured thinking.

• Mastery of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop; familiarity with 3D workflows is a plus.

• Deep understanding of typography, grids, and information hierarchy.

• Experience designing for CPG, supplements, beauty, or DTC brands is a bonus.

• Ability to think in systems, not just one-off layouts.

• High creative taste, clean execution, and a strong eye for detail.

• Fast, independent, resourceful, and comfortable working in a rapidly evolving brand environment.
