Role Overview:

We’re looking for a skilled Short Form Content Editor to help us turn raw footage and scripts into engaging, high-retention short videos. You’ll be responsible for editing 15-90 second pieces that stop the scroll, communicate a clear message, and reflect our brand’s voice.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using raw footage, voiceovers, and b-roll

• Add dynamic captions, motion graphics, memes, and trending audio as needed

• Cut and pace videos to maximize engagement and viewer retention

• Collaborate with our content team on storyboards, style, and delivery timelines

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform-specific best practices

• Ensure each video aligns with brand voice and objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience editing short-form video content for social platforms

• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and attention-grabbing hooks

• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle feedback

• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, memes, and current social media trends

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with AI tools like Descript, Runway, or Pika Labs

• Interest in topics like innovation, entrepreneurship, or clean tech

• Experience editing content for personal brands or creators
