The Opportunity:
Nox Media House is a video marketing agency mainly for founders. Need an editor who gets Hormozi / creator-style edits.
Project-based to start. The right person becomes the founding editor: high ownership, real stake in where this goes.

• have +2 years of experience
• Think in cuts, not just clips
• Know what a pattern interrupt is doing psychologically
