What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute creative social media campaigns aligned with Toffee & Talk’s brand voice and aesthetics.

• Design compelling marketing collaterals: social media creatives, posters, menus, presentations, digital ads, and event branding.

• Shoot product, and behind-the-scenes content (photos & short-form videos) optimized for Instagram and other digital platforms.

• Edit content (photo, video, and graphics) for social media and brand campaigns.

• Craft engaging storytelling-driven content strategies that highlight our cafe culture, food, and experiences.

• Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

• Collaborate with the founders to ensure design and communication consistency.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in social media, editorial/brand design, and content creation.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design, photography, and video work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) and familiarity with tools like Canva or Figma.

• Experience with short-form video editing and creating engaging reels.

• Meticulous, goal-oriented, and resourceful—someone who does what it takes to get things done.
