The Opportunity:

Looking for a freelance creative to work with me on building the social media presence for my brand, OSO based in Hyderabad.

About the brand:

OSO is an elevated unisex comfort-wear label built around a bear character โ€” soft, a little laid-back, but dependable.

It's rooted in intentional comfort, slow living, and helping people feel effortlessly put together in their everyday lives.

What we're trying to build

Not typical fashion content in front of a white screen. The idea is to create a warm, real, slightly playful world.

Real people over models Community-led stories Everyday moments: both active and at rest A mix of slow living with a bit of fun and personality

Content direction

  • Mostly real-world, on-location shoots

  • A mix of:

    • Candid, natural visuals

    • Occasional high-flash, slightly raw imagery

    • Soft, calm, comfort-led moments

  • Some playful formats:

    • Stop motion

    • Simple 2D animation using our bear/logo

    • Packaging / behind-the-scenes content

What you'll be doing:

Planning and executing monthly content direction Sourcing people, communities, and locations Shooting or directing shoots Editing photo + video content Helping shape the overall visual language of the brand Experimenting with formats and storytelling

Preferred:

Experience with consumer brands / D2C / ecommerce Performance marketing Understanding of what performs on social Ability to think in terms of performance (not just aesthetics) Understands culture and communities Can take ownership and bring ideas, not just execute
