Role: Social Media Intern

AIKO Toys is a growing toy brand focused on open-ended play. Our social media presence is still in its early days, and we’re intentionally building it slowly and properly.

We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who can take ownership of the basics- content, consistency, and learning from what performs well. This isn’t a passive role. You’ll be expected to observe, think, and improve as you go.

You don’t need years of experience, but you should care about quality and follow-through.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Creating and publishing content consistently (posts, stories, short videos)

• Shooting clean, usable photos and videos of products

• Editing content to a neat, on-brand standard

• Writing captions that are clear, natural, and intentional

• Maintaining a posting rhythm and keeping track of what’s been shared

• Noticing what performs better and adjusting accordingly

• Bringing ideas to the table, not just executing instructions

• Basic understanding of what makes content engaging

• Comfort working independently once direction is given

• Good visual judgement and attention to detail

• Reliability- deadlines and consistency matter

• Willingness to take feedback and improve quickly

• Collaborating with the team to ensure tasks are well-organised and completed on time
