Gulabi Mango is a creative design and marketing agency rooted in storytelling, strategy, and meaningful design. We work with brands across CPG, wellness, food, beauty, and service industries—helping them grow through bold branding and intentional content.

We’re looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team. Someone who’s not just a content creator, but a storyteller and brand thinker. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across multiple clients, ensuring every post reflects their unique voice and vision.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands

• Develop social media strategies that align with client goals

• Create static posts, carousels, and video content using client branding

• Write engaging captions tailored to each brand’s tone of voice

• Collaborate with our design team or create your own visuals using Adobe CC or Canva

• Edit video content for reels, stories, and other formats

• Track performance and help optimize future content

• Communicate regularly with clients and internal team

• Stay on top of trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management

• Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

• A keen eye for detail and deep understanding of branding

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
