About KlimArt
KlimArt is a sustainable architectural practice with high-value, diverse portfolio. As we grow, we’re building a serious brand presence that reflects our design thinking, outcomes, and built work- to attract and convert the right clients, not chase vanity metrics.
The Role
We’re hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager who understands architecture, branding, visual storytelling, and audience psychology and can translate project thinking into compelling communication across social, website, BD collateral, and PR support.
This isn’t a “posting” role. It’s a brand-building role.
You’ll shape KlimArt’s voice, strengthen authority, and help build a high-intent inbound pipeline.
What you’ll help build
A respected architectural brand with a well-positioned point of view
Consistent thought leadership (especially on LinkedIn)
Credible project narratives and proof assets that support deal conversion
Content systems that endure beyond algorithms
Key Responsibilities:
1) Content Strategy & Narrative
Build narrative frameworks around projects, process, sustainability, design philosophy, and people
Convert raw inputs into clear stories: problem → approach → outcome → why it matters
Exercise strong judgment on what strengthens or dilutes the brand (quality > trends)
2) Social Media Ownership (Strategy + Execution)
Own Instagram + LinkedIn (primary); YouTube (secondary once stable)
Build monthly content plans with weekly execution rhythm
Brief and coordinate with the 3D Visualiser- you own the structure, story, script and posting
Bonus if you are hands on and do execution as well such as shoots, videography, graphic design and video editing
3) Copywriting & Thought Leadership
Write high-quality captions and posts grounded in architectural understanding
Develop long-form content: blogs, case studies, POV pieces on design/real estate/sustainability
Translate complex design ideas into clear, credible, premium communication
4) Brand & Visual Governance
Ensure consistency of voice and visual standards across all touch points
Collaborate with design/video/3D teams to maintain a premium aesthetic and clarity
5) BD Enablement & PR Support
Create proof-driven content: project showcases, case study decks, credibility assets
Own website content (service pages, project overviews, blogs)
Support PR initiatives led by the business team through:
press-friendly story angles and article themes
media kit content (boilerplate, bios, project highlights, credentials)
award submissions, speaker bios, and supporting narratives
Note: relationship outreach to publications/events is owned by the business team unless explicitly assigned.)
6) Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Good to have basic working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics to guide content strategy
Track content performance monthly through reach, saves/shares, website visits from socials, enquiries generated etc.
Use data to refine content themes and formats (not chase vanity metrics).
Preferred Background
2-4 years of work experience in content, copywriting, brand, or social media
Experience with architecture/real estate/design-led/premium services is strongly preferred
Strong writing and editorial judgment; ability to structure stories and drive consistency
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and extracting inputs from technical stakeholders
