Social Media Marketing Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end content creation process — from strategy and scripting to shooting, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands storytelling, content marketing, and social media algorithms, and can create engaging content that drives real business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars.

• Plan and create Reels, carousels, stories, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content.

• Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions, and ad copy.

• Plan, direct, and shoot content with clients and team members.

• Edit short-form videos and design basic social media creatives.

• Publish content, optimise for reach, and monitor performance.

• Research trends, audience behaviour, and competitors.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align organic and paid campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and content planning skills.

• Experience shooting and directing social media content.

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.

• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.
