About the Role:

We need a fast-paced social media video editor who gets it. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, stay hooked, and actually watch till the end. You'll be editing content for Instagram and YouTube — reels, shorts, and long-form videos that perform.

You're the Right Fit If:

✅ You're fast — you don't take 2 days to finish a reel (unless it's needed) ✅ You understand hooks, pacing, interruptions, and visual storytelling ✅ You know what content works on social media (you spend time on Instagram/YouTube and get why certain videos blow up) ✅ You're skilled in Premiere Pro/FCP and After Effects ✅ You have a strong sense of timing, cuts, and keeping audiences engaged ✅ You're a bit of a video editing nerd — you notice the small details that make a video land ✅ You're talented and skilled — that's what we care about, not years of experience
